In order to combat the condition of anxiety we need to, "make the unconscious conscious". Or in other words - "be here now".
Many psychologists believe that anxiety stems from a form of separation anxiety. I'd say this is true but we need to go further, we need to explore and ultimately heal the fundamental pain and unseen trauma of separation from self.
When we are truly in touch with self and in the present moment, there is no room for anxiety.
This course is an introduction to this way of being but structured in a way that specifically targets anxiety. It's taught in a gentle way that does not overwhelm with too much information in one go - hence the format of 28 days.

The reason for this is that some meditative processes break down the barriers between the conscious and unconscious mind. This is helpful for most anxiety sufferers as the triggers behind the anxiety are gradually dissolved as we process the feelings behind them.
